You have to check the company background and if you find it to be good company then you should join the company. Fresher Job Market is really bad and if you wait then you will never get a break at all.

I am getting an offer from a company in Banglaore but they are asking 4 non refundable security depsoit. Shall I go 4 it? Is it gud offer?

I got job in a gud company in Bangalore but I have to make non refundable surety deposit. At least this is better than WASTING money with training institutes which offer nothing but a piece of paper (certificate) which can’t guarantee a decent job.

I am the lucky one.

Job market for freshers is really bad. I’ve been selected in a top Indian IT company but they are delaying in joining date. I’m not sure if I’ll be able to get the job or not.
I am loosing hope and started to look for another job but no success.
It seems there is no hope for the freshers….
